WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an auxiliary Accountant in a team of 6 people you’ll actively participate and contribute to the following missions:

Responsabilities:

  • Record and register the company’s accounting and financial transactions in the accounting books (general chart of accounts or PCG), such as invoices, payroll slips, expense reports, bank transactions, disposals and acquisitions, etc.;
  • Help to prepare financial statements such as the balance sheet and the income statement (accruals, prepaid expenses and provisions)
  • Manage supplier and customer accounts by tracking invoices, payments, and following up on unpaid amounts; reconcile PO and invoices
  • Follow cash flow by monitoring cash flows
  • Control of expense reports
  • Contribute to ad hoc accounting and financial analysis

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Skills: 

  • Advanced knowledge in general accounting
  • English required (intermediate level)
  • Good command of Excel
  • Knowledge of Netsuite (or another ERP) would be a plus
 

Profile:

  • ‘BAC +2’ level would be a plus
  • Experience or internships in accounting
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Open-minded, strong communicator, and enjoys working in a team$
  • Curious, adaptable, enthusiastic, and proactive.
