Guy Rigaud has been an independent board member at Kalray since 2025.

For thirty years of his professional life, Guy Rigaud was the founder and director of Sofimac and Kreaxi, venture capital companies dedicated to financing innovative start-ups in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. These management companies joined the UI-Investissement group in recent years. He has thus participated in the initial financing of more than 300 start-ups during his career, a dozen of which have been listed on Euronext, and around fifty of which have been acquired and integrated into French or foreign industrial groups. 

Over the last ten years, he has mobilised a regional network of business angels and family offices to continue investing in a number of innovative young regional companies. He sits on the board of four of these companies.
