WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As either a solely frontend or a full-stack developer in the Ngenea team, you will primarily interact with the backend, frontend and data mover teams to develop and integrate our programs and 3rd party applications with our software stack.
You’ll work with fellow engineers to develop software and methodologies in an agile environment where we ship features frequently to create user delight. Utsing your strong ownership of responsibilities, time management, and adopting a results driven nature is essential to achieve our objectives across multi-disciplinary teams.
You’ll have tons of opportunities to apply your skills to interesting new problems. We hire developers who are hungry to learn and keep up with the newest trends.
Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to develop user-friendly, responsive front-end applications
- Build robust, scaling web applications using React and Typescript, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and usability
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, optimizing front-end performance and improving user interfaces
- Be rigorous and methodical in documenting and testing code and applying required improvements back to
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Solid skills:
- Senior level on React and Typescript
- Good understanding of principles RESTful APIs and databases
- CSS/SASS
- Websockets
- Testing with Jest
- Remote debugging
- Django
- Python: Full stack devs are Python first, Django second
- Postman/Insomnia/Curl
- Postgres
- Figma
Profile:
- At least 4 years’ experience
- Ability to write readable, maintainable, modular and extendable code
- Proficient in developing software and demonstrate solid Linux CLI skills and confident with several alternative high-level languages.
- Experience and passion for building production-grade dynamically scaling services
- Customer-focused, team worker, great communicator.
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
CONTRACT INFORMATION
- Type of contract: Permanent contract
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Location: UK, or +/- 1 hour (UK, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany)
- Remote or Hybrid with periodical team meeting on-site
