WHAT YOU ‘LL BE DOING:

As a European leader in DPUs, Kalray combines continued investment in its technology roadmap with a hybrid business model that blends IP licensing and high value‑added services to deliver customer‑specific silicon solutions.

In this context, Kalray is seeking an ambitious IP and Silicon Design Services Sales Manager to open strategic accounts and drive new business around DPU‑based IP and design services for custom solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through the sale of Kalray IPs and high value‑added accelerator development services.
  • Open and develop strategic accounts, leveraging a strong network within the semiconductor ecosystem.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential leads, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent follow-up to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Own and track the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Engage with technical and executive stakeholders to position Kalray’s DPU‑based technologies against customer performance requirements.
  • Build long‑term strategic customer relationships and contribute to the success of Kalray’s hybrid IP + services business model.
 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales within the semiconductor industry
  • Demonstrated track record in selling processor IP, hardware IP, or hardware design services
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver significant growth in sales for newly launched activities
  • Experience in shaping and refining long cycle deals from initial opportunity to closure
  • Ability to engage credibly in deep technical discussions with expert audiences
  • Experience in international B2B environments
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

 

Profile:

  • Graduate Engineer or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Strong new business / hunter mindset, comfortable building activity from the ground up
  • Excellent networking and relationship‑building capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and resilience in a growth environment
  • High level of energy, ambition, and drive
  • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
  • Team player, actively seeking to engage other departments and invite their input and knowledge to enhance outcomes
